Trimelo beta applications are open

Salon POS and booking software connected from the first click.

Trimelo keeps booking, appointment scheduling, client records and service payments in one system for Australian hair salons and barbershops. A client can move from online booking to deposit, checkout or refund without the team reconciling separate records.

Follow one visit from the booking link to checkout.

This is the supported service-payment workflow, not a retail inventory or Tap to Pay demo. Processing charges still apply through the connected payment account.

  1. 01

    Booking

A client chooses a service and available staff member. The appointment lands in the live calendar with its service and client record attached.

  2. 02

    Consent and deposit

If you require a deposit or card-on-file cancellation terms, the client sees and accepts those terms in the booking flow. The appointment keeps that consent snapshot.

  3. 03

    Service checkout

The team completes the visit against the appointment. Payments and refunds are handled through the business's connected Stripe account.

Want to see the calendar behind the first step? The hair salon appointment scheduling guide shows real Trimelo product screens with sample data.

  • Booking, client record and payment stay connected
  • Deposits, refunds and card-on-file protection
  • No Trimelo payment markup or booking commission
  • Clear about what the current POS does not include

One record from booking to checkout

The appointment, client, service, staff member and payment stay connected. The calendar shows the booking while the client record keeps the visit and payment context together.

Owners can report on revenue, booking demand, client behaviour, staff utilisation, no-show trends and appointments booked through SMS backfill without rebuilding the day from separate tools.

Deposits and card-on-file protection

Take a deposit when the booking flow requires one and keep a card on file for cancellation or no-show terms the client accepted at booking time.

Those agreed terms are preserved with the appointment. Changing a policy later does not rewrite what the client consented to for an existing booking.

Payments settle through your Stripe account

Client payments are created on the salon or barbershop's connected Stripe account. Trimelo does not add a platform markup, booking commission or client-facing booking fee.

Complete service checkout and issue refunds from the same operating system that holds the appointment and client record.

What the current POS does not claim

Trimelo's current POS covers service checkout, deposits, refunds and card-on-file protection. A retail shopfront and publicly available Tap to Pay are not current marketing claims.

If retail inventory or Tap to Pay is essential to your floor today, check the public roadmap before switching and compare that requirement honestly against your current tool.

Compare the complete operating cost

Start with licensed seats, then check whether booking commission, payment markup, AI add-ons or message overages sit outside the advertised subscription.

Trimelo uses graduated AUD seat bands and includes AI SMS appointment backfill from seat one. Run your chair count through the homepage calculator before applying for the beta.

Run the numbers on your chair count, then start a 14-day trial.
