Trimelo beta applications are open

AI SMS backfill for cancelled appointments.

When a cancellation creates an open slot, Trimelo offers it by SMS to your waitlist. One opted-in client is contacted at a time, and the appointment is held while they decide. The feature is included from the first licensed seat.

  • Waitlist offered first, one client at a time
  • Chair held while each offer is open
  • Opted-in waitlist clients only
  • Included from seat one — not an AI add-on

The sequence, plainly

A gap opens — cancellation, no-show, or a slot too fresh to refill by hand.

The best-matched opted-in client gets a text. The chair is held while they decide. No reply, it moves to the next person. Never a cold blast to the whole list.

On accept, the slot is rebooked, confirmed, and logged to their CRM record.

What this is not

It is not an AI voice receptionist. Trimelo does not answer your phone today — that sits later on the public roadmap.

It is not a marketplace blast or a paid “Boost” to strangers. Offers go only to opted-in clients on your waitlist.

Illustrative dollar recoveries on the marketing site are examples of the mechanism, not reported salon results. We are pre-launch; we do not invent outcome stats.

Why it is in the base price

Competitors often sell AI as an add-on (Fresha’s published AI Concierge is A$99.95/location/month). Trimelo includes SMS backfill from seat one so the chair-fill loop is not a second negotiation.

You set reply windows and how close to the hour an offer is still worth sending. Clients can reply STOP and are not texted again.

Works with the rest of the platform

Online booking, calendar, deposits, reminders, CRM and email campaigns sit alongside the AI in one subscription. Opt-outs are recorded and respected before another message is sent.
